Recycling and repurposing of flat glass
We accept clean flat glass, which is transported to our partner for recycling and repurposing. Recyclable flat glass includes, for example, laminated glass, windscreens, advertising glass, and mirror glass.
WHY RECYCLE FLAT GLASS?
Producing flat glass from recycled glass requires less energy compared to manufacturing new glass from raw materials like sand, soda, and lime. This results in substantial energy savings and a reduction in carbon dioxide emissions.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RECYCLING FLAT GLASS

The glass must be free of rocks, sand or other soil, demolition waste, foreign materials, other waste materials, and hazardous waste such as pressure-impregnated wood or asbestos. .

Heated windscreens are accepted even if they include mirror mounts, aluminium bonding wires, resistors, or antenna wires.

We recommend delivering the glass in separate loads, such as in individual skips.

We do not accept fire-rated glass or wired glass.
